Ingredients:

Fried potato (44%) (potato and sunflower oil), water, fried onions (12%) (onion, extra virgin olive oil and salt), dehydrated boiled whole chickpeas (12%), olive oil, salt, vegetable fibre (pea, sugar cane, bamboo), acidifier (E-330) and modified starch.

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 220°C for 10 minutes. Place the omelette on the oven rack in the middle position. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on how brown you like it.
