Water, soya protein concentrate (13%), coconut vegetable fat, sunflower and coconut oils, spices (paprika, garlic, black pepper and oregano), vegetable fibres, stabilisers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and methylcellulose), flavourings, salt, beetroot juice concentrate, potato starch, caramelised sugar, dextrose, and tomato powder. Edible vegetable casing (sodium alginate, konjac gum, guar gum and water).
Microwave:
Remove from packaging and place in a suitable container.
Prick the product before cooking
Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
Frying pan:
Prick the product before cooking
Fry over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring periodically.
